April 11, 2001
Council Meeting Minutes

Mayor Swedberg noted that Ms. Sue Reinhart and Mr. Jason Dagostino, Anoka County,
were present to hear resident concerns regarding property valuation.

Mr. Dagostino requested that residents come to the rear of the room and they would
review their information on an individual basis. Mr. Dagostino explainded that if the
County had not recently visually inspected the property, he would need to schedule an
appointment to do so. However, the hearing must close within ten (10) business
days from this meeting.

Ms. Reinhart requested a copy of the letter received from Ms. Roberta Wirth.
