All existing and new water main in the City is polyvinyl (PVC) , not ductile iron (DIP). <br />This will be addressed when Bonestroo does the utility plans. <br /> <br />2. Driveway to Lot 1, Block 2 is shown only 50' from Meadow Lane. Recommend <br />increasing this distance for turning movement and safety reasons. <br /> <br />3. Trees are shown along the west side of the Block 2 driveway. Is a screen <br />necessary along an existing pond? Recommend screening along Chauncey <br />Barrett. <br /> <br />4. Label existing street for Block 1 "Ojibway Drive". <br /> <br />5. Street grades are shown at 0.50%, which is very flat. Recommend increasing the <br />grade to prevent birdbaths and other drainage problems. <br /> <br />6. The street plan should indicate a typical section for the two new roads. It is <br />recommended they be built to the City of CentelVille residential street standards. <br /> <br />7. Make sure there is positive drainage along the south line of Block 1 (north line of <br />Parkview Addition). Don't want water trapped in this area. <br /> <br />8.
