'.

that people remove them completely off the hinges. Also, when the gates are closed,
people go around them into their yards to get through. Neither of them really minded that
people go into their yards, but feel it should be addressed. Mr. Peterson offered talk to
the contractors again to request that they make sure to close the gates when they leave at
night. He also commented that the work at the park should be complete within the next
couple of days.

The Committee briefly discussed the possibility of a di:frerent type ofbarrier/gate, but
will discoss it in more detail in the future. Mr. Peterson will check into different options
for a barrier. Mr. Anderson and Mr. Henrich were fine with this outcome for the time
being, but if it continues long into the future, they will appear before the Committee
again.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS FOR WHEELS PARK

Turn Around Time for Eauipment Orders
Ms. Lien explained that she had contacted both vendors regarding shipment timeframes.
Gerry Sabol of SunRamp Solutions felt fairly confident that the pieces of equipment
could be delivered by AugUst 11 th, for sure they could be delivered by August 17th. Tom
Snook of Skate Wave stated there is no way their equipment could be delivered by the
11 th, but probably by August 17th.

Pick Out Specific Pieces of Equipment to Order
The Committee elected to order the following pieces of equipment:

SkateWave
(1) FunBox
(1) Mini Half Pipe
(1) Spine (12')
Sub Total
Tax (6.5%)
TOTAL

$ 6,840
$11,240
$ 6.270
$24,350
1.583
$25,933

SunRamp Solutions
(1) Breaker
(1) Spine
(2) Quarter Pipes
Sub Total
Tax (6.5%)
TOTAL

$2,195
$2,695
$6.990
$11,880
772
$12,652

GRAND TOTAL OF $38,585 (both will require shipping and handling).

Ms. Lien will contact both vendors to place the orders.

Installation (Timeframe and Who is to Perform)
Ms. Lien explained that SunRamp Solutions would instaIl the equipment where we want
it. SkateWave will install the equipment at an additional cost, or can provide a supervisor
to "over-see" the installation, but this would cost an additional $600. The Committee
elected to install the equipment on Friday, August 17th, and possibly the morning of the
18th ifnecessary. Mr. Lee volunteered to obtain the proper equipment for the installation
project.

2
