<br />Mayor Wilharber questioned whether the City had previously repaired other driveways in <br />the area. Mr. Palzer stated that the City had replaced three out off our driveways. <br /> <br />Council Member Travis questioned if Staff should consider receiving a quote to repair <br />the three (3) foot by three (3) foot section and offer the funds to the homeowner. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Sweeney. seconded bv Council Member Travis to direct <br />staff to obtain a Quote for repairs to the three (3) foot bv three (3) foot section of the <br />Intihar driveway and to inform the Intihars of the amount the City will reimburse <br />them subseQuent to the driveway bein!! reuaired. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Northern Forest Products - Tax Abatement <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that no official action was needed on the Northern Forest Products Tax <br />Abatement until the public hearing scheduled for November 8, 2000. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Resolution 00-26 - Special Assessment Abatement <br /> <br />It has been brought to the City's attention that Special Assessments for the Parkview <br />Development were not removed from PIN #R23-3 1-22-3 1-0053 (6992 Meadow Circle) <br />on Anoka County's records following Burnett Title's payment in March of 1999 and are <br />showing on the property owner's statement of property tax payable in 2000. <br /> <br />Resolution 00-26 allows for the error to be corrected by Anoka County. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Travis. seconded bv Council Member Sweeney to <br />apurove Resolution 00-26. as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Resolution 00-28 - Electing to Continue Participation in the Local Housing <br />Incentives Account Program Under the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member <br />Sweeney to auprove Resolution 00-28 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Resolution 00-29 - Calling for a Public Hearing on Proposed Special <br />Assessments for Delinquent Sewer and Water Accounts and Other Outstanding <br />Balances Owed to the City by Individual Property Owner(s) <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the list of homeowners with delinquent utilities appear to be <br />the same, year, after year.
