C:lnstructien signs not exceeding thirty-two (32) square feet <br />in area shall be allowed in all zoning districts during construction. Such <br />signs shall t,e I"emoved ~,hen the project is substantially completed. <br /> <br />727.16. S~gns shall not be painted directly on the outside wall of a <br />building. Si')ns shall nct be painted on a fence, tree, stone or other simi- <br />lar objects 1n any district. <br /> <br />727.17. R':lof signs are prohibited in all districts. <br /> <br />727.18.
