Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Evaluation <br /> <br />Mayor W1lharber noted the Council met in executive session at their last meeting <br />to discuss the City Administrator's evaluation. At that time, the Council elected <br />to make adjustment determinations at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor W1lharber explained Mr. March is presently at grade levell 0, step 7 and <br />suggested moving Mr. March to step eight retroactive to his anniversary date of <br />May 20th, with a $5,000 bonus. He indicated the monthly $300.00 vehicle <br />allowance would remain as established in 1999. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Travis. seconded by Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to approve a pay increase for Mr. March to Level 10 Step 8 <br />retroactive to his anniversary date of May 20th with a $5.000 bonus. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />X. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Accept Resignation of Public Works Emplovee Tim Danielson <br />Summer Help for Public Works <br />Accept Resignation of Park and Recreation Committee Member Michael Navin <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council <br />Member Travis to approve the Consent Al!enda as submitted. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />XI. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />. Mayor Wilharber described the new patch for the Centennial Lakes police <br />department to the Council Members. He also reviewed a Met Council <br />estimate of the census information for the community. <br /> <br />. Council Member Sweeney stated the Parks and Recreation Committee was <br />a little concerned about Council's approval of park issues at the past <br />meeting. He stated Wayne LeBlanc addressed this previously in the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />. Council Member Sweeney noted outfield fences are needed for the softball <br />fields at LaMotte Park. He explained area businesses are being contacted <br />for donations at this time. Council Member Sweeney noted the Parks and <br />Recreation Committee did not have an issue with the fences but would not <br />be able to support this issue financially which is why the city festival is <br /> <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />8 <br />
