Signage Petition on Brian Drive <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council <br />Member Nelson to approve the al!enda with noted additions. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />VII. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Brian Drive Si!!l1lll!e Request <br /> <br />Mr. March passed out a petition received from Brian Drive (South of Main Street) <br />residents who are requesting Council's approval for a sign to be posted that would <br />eliminate construction traffic on Brian Drive, South of Main Street. Traffic could <br />be re-routed to Center Street or Eagle Trail through Eagle Pass. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the number of homes to be built in the affected areas, the <br />number of homes existing, the weight restrictions, current road conditions and <br />possible damage. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Travis. seconded bv Council Member Nelson to <br />table the Brian Drive request for construction sie;nae;e until additional <br />information is researched. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Eagle Trucking <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the revised Purchase Agreement for the purchase of Eagle <br />Trucking. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council <br />Member Travis to approve the Purcbase Ae;reement for the purchase of <br />Ea\!le Truckin\!.
