Commission Member DeVine will not be in attendance at tonight's meeting. <br /> <br />. Mr. Rick Carlson will be present at the Public Hearing. Staffis providing you <br />with a letter from Building Official Paul Palzer and a letter from City Engineer <br />Tom Peterson addressing concerns about the proposed "Hunters Crossing" sub- <br />division. Mr. Carlson is aware of the concerns, and stated he feels the concerns <br />are workable and can be taken care of. <br /> <br />. Agenda item IV, Met Council Lot Split, is an administrative lot split. City <br />Attorney Jim Hoeft stated this item is "FYI" and no action is needed by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />.
