Users of this <br />Ordinance should contact the City to determine wr1ether <br />certain provisions in this Ordinance are affected by other <br />Ordinances. <br /> <br />G. Aclopting the Minnesota Building Code <br /> <br />Providing for its administration and enforcement, regulating <br />the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, <br />removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, <br />height, area, and maintenance of all buildings and/or <br />structure in tile City of Centerville; providing penalties for the <br />violation thereof. <br /> <br />Division 25: lot Provisions <br /> <br />Lots of Record <br /> <br />A No lot of record shall be reduced in size below the district <br />requirements in Section 080-030; and <br /> <br />8. An existing lot of record shall be deemed a buildable lot even <br />though the lot area and/or dimensions are less than those <br />required for the district provided as follows: <br /> <br />.1. Evidence must be presented that the lot <br />in question met rninimum requirements <br />for the division of property under <br />ordinance regulations in effect at the time <br />of the division of property; and <br /> <br />2.
