All dwellings shall have a minimum width of twenty-four (24) <br />feet at its narrowest point, with the exception of the l1li-1 <br />District; and <br /> <br />B. lVIetal siding, with exposed panels exceeding twelve (12) <br />inches in width, shall not be permitted; and <br /> <br />C. All Single-family, detached dwellings shall have attached <br />garages. Garages may not be converted to habitable space <br />without replacing the required garage; and <br /> <br />D. Single-family dwellings other than approved earth sheltered <br />homes shall have at least a 3/'12 roof pitch and shall be <br />covered with an approved roofing material; and <br /> <br />E. All Single-family dwellings shall have roof overhangs which <br />extend a minimum of one ('I) foot from all the walls of the <br />structure. <br /> <br />Division 45: Te!Jll;!orarv Dwellin!ls and Struc[ure~ <br /> <br />The use and occupancy of a tent, recreation vehicle or other temporary dwellings <br />for the purpose of living quarters is not permitted in the City, except as approved <br />by the City Council under special circumstances. <br /> <br />Temporary structures and trailers used in conjunction with construction work shall <br />be permitted only during the period that the construction work is in progress. <br />Permits for temporary structures shall be issued for a six (6) month period, but are <br />subject to the Minnesota State Bllilding Code. <br /> <br />Division 50: Drivewav and ParkinQ Lot Improvements <br /> <br />Page 23 of 82 <br />
