<br />3 Amended: 9/4/01 <br />2 Amended: 6/27/01 <br />1 Amended: 1/10/01 <br />Effective 9/5/00 <br />City of Cenkrville Ord. #4 <br /> <br />Division 35: HomeOccupations <br /> <br />Home occupations in the City mLlst meet the following criteria: <br /> <br />A Home occupations sllall be conducted solely by persons <br />residing in the residence with the exception of no more than <br />one additional non-related employee; and <br /> <br />B. All business activities and storage shall take place within the <br />structure; and <br /> <br />C. There shall be no alteration to the exterior of the residential <br />dwelling, accessory building or yard that in any way alters <br />the residential character of the premises; and <br /> <br />D. No 1110re than one (1) sign not exceeding two (2) square feet <br />with a maximum height of three (3) feet identifying the <br />occupation shall be used; and <br /> <br />E. The occupation shall not be visible or audible from any <br />property line; and <br /> <br />F. The occupation may involve limited retail sale or rental of <br />products on the premises, provided all stock in trade is <br />completely enclosed in the principal structure. Retail <br />merchandise may not constitute more than fifty percent <br />(50%) of the principal structure square footage; and <br /> <br />G. Unless completely enclosed within an approved structure, no <br />vehicle used in the conduct of the occupation shall be <br />parked, stored or otherwise present at the premises other <br />than such as is customarily used for domestic or household <br />purposes. See Section 135-140: Outside Storage.; and <br /> <br />H. Only on-site off-street parking facilities typically associated <br />with a residence shall be used; and <br /> <br />I.
