The geographic jurisdiction of this Ordinance <br />includes the entire area within the corporate limits of Centerville, Minnesota. <br />Land areas which may be added to the City by annexation, merger or other <br />means shall be classified R-1 Rural Residential until such time that the City <br />Council may rezone the added territory to more appropriate classification. <br /> <br />Section O'H)-040: Application. Where the conditions imposed by any provisions <br />of this Ordinance are either more or less restrictive than comparable conditions <br />imposed by any other regulation, the regulations wtlich impose the higher <br />standard or requirements shall <br />prevail, <br /> <br />Section 010-050: Severability. If any proVISion of this Ordinance or the <br />application of any provision to particular circumstances is held invalid, the <br />remainder of the Ordinance or the application of such provision to other <br />circumstances shall not be affected. <br /> <br />Section 010-060: Repeal. Ordinances, including all prior Zoning Ordinances <br />and Amendments or parts thereof in force at the lime this Onjinance shall tal<e <br />effect and Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, including <br />Centerville Ordinance #10. Nothing contained in this Ordinance repeals or <br />amends any Ordinance requiring a permit or license to engage in any business or <br />occupation <br /> <br />Division 15: OefiniUmm <br /> <br />Section 015-010 Specific purposes. Forthe purposes of this Ordinance, certain <br />words contained herein have the following meaning.
