<br />PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, ETC. <br /> <br />~ 15-204 <br /> <br />(3) Who has been convicted or whose spouse has been con- <br />victed of a felony or of violating any law of this state or <br />local ordinances relating to sex offenses, obscenity of- <br />fenses anellor adult uses; <br /> <br />(4) Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which <br />the license is issued; <br /> <br />(5) Who is residing with a person who has been denied a <br />license by the city or any other Minnesota municipal <br />corporation to operate an adult use-principal or adult <br />use-accessory business within the preceding twelve (12) <br />months, or residing with a person whose license to oper- <br />ate an adult use-accessory or adult-use principal business <br />has been revoked within the preceding twelve (12) months; <br /> <br />(6) Who is an on-sale liquor, on-sale wine or 3.2 percent malt <br />beverage license holder in the city; or any license holder <br />under Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages, of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Blaine. <br /> <br />(7) Who has not paid the license fee required by section <br />15-208. <br />(Ord. Places ineligible for a license. <br /> <br />(a) No license shall be granted for adult uses on any premises <br />which has not been approved by the health department, fire <br />department and the building official as being in compliance with <br />applicable laws and ordinances. All necessary inspections shall be <br />completed within thirty (30) days from the date the application <br />was submitted, provided the application contains all of the <br />information required by this article. If the application is deficient, <br />the necessary inspection shall be completed within thirty (30) <br />days from the date the deficiency is corrected. <br /> <br />(b) The floor area to be occupied by the proposed adult use- <br />principal shall be at least seven hundred fifty (750) feet from the <br />nearest property line of any land in any residential zone, or any <br />school, day care, library, park playground, or other public recre- <br />ational facility in any zone, and at least seven hundred fifty (750) <br />feet from the nearest property line of any religious institution. <br />
