<br />~ 15-204 <br /> <br />BLAINE CODE <br /> <br />(c) An adult use-principal business shall not be located within <br />seven hundred fifty (750) feet of another adult use-principal <br />business. <br /> <br />(d) No license shall be granted for adult uses on any premises <br />where a licensee has been convicted of a violation of this section, <br />or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause, or <br />until one (1) year has elapsed after such conviction or revocation. <br /> <br />(e) No license shall be issued to any premises which has <br />on-sale liquor, on-sale wine or 3.2 percent malt beverage license, <br />or any license holder under Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages, ofthe <br />Municipal Code of the City of Blaine. <br /> <br />(f) Except for uses lawfully existing at the time of this article <br />adoption, no license shall be granted for any adult use which is <br />not in compliance with the city's zoning regulations. <br />(Ord. Conditions of license-Adult use-principal. <br /> <br />(a) No adult use business shall be open to the public from the <br />hours of 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br />(b) All entrances and exits to businesses, with the exception of <br />emergency fire exits which are not usable by patrons to enter the <br />business, shall be visible from a public right-of-way. If such <br />businesses are located within an enclosed commercial complex, <br />all patron entrances shall open onto the common concourse. <br /> <br />(c) The adult use business shall not be constructed, used, <br />designed or operated for the purpose offacilitating or permitting <br />persons to engage in specified sexual activities as defined in this <br />section. Any booths, stalls or partitioned portions of a room or <br />individual rooms, used for the viewing of motion pictures or other <br />forms of entertainment shall: <br /> <br />(1) Be visible from a well-illuminated continuous main aisle; <br />(2) Not be obscured by any curtains, door or other enclave; <br /> <br />SUIlO.
