<br />PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, ETC. <br /> <br />9 15-206 <br /> <br />(d) The operators of the adult use business shall not permit <br />specified sexual activities on the premises and shall have an af- <br />flrmative duty to supervise the establishment and prevent any <br />such activity. <br /> <br />(e) All building openings, entries and windows shall be located, <br />covered or screened in such a manner as to prevent a view into <br />the interior from any public or semi-public area in conformance <br />with architectural requirements of the zoning district. <br /> <br />(f) Signs visible to the public for adult use-principal businesses <br />shall comply with the city's sign ordinance and shall not contain <br />graphic descriptions or representations of the adult use-principal <br />of the operation. <br /> <br />(g) No minor shall be permitted on the licensed premises of an <br />adult use-principal business unless accompanied by his parent or <br />legal guardian. <br /> <br />(h) Any designated inspection officer or law enforcement of- <br />fleer shall have the unqualifled right to enter, inspect, and search <br />the premises of the licensee during business hours without a search <br />and seizure warrant. <br /> <br />(i) All license premises shall have the license posted in a con. <br />spicuous place at all times. <br /> <br />(j) Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of his <br />place of business and shall maintain conditions of order. <br /> <br />(k) Every license shall be granted subject to the above condi. <br />tions and all other provisions of this section, and of any applicable <br />sections of the code of the city or state law. <br />(Ord.
