<br />~ 15-206 <br /> <br />BLAINE CODE <br /> <br />(cl Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of his or <br />her place of business and shall maintain conditions of order. <br /> <br />(d) The adult use-accessory shall comprise no more than twenty <br />(20) percent of the floor area of the establishment in which it is <br />located. <br /> <br />(e) The display and display areas for adult use-accessory shall <br />comply with Minnesota Statutes, Section 617.293 and anyamend. <br />ments thereto, and shall comply with all state and federal laws <br />regarding the display ~dissemination of harmful materials to <br />minors. <br /> <br />(fJ Adult use-accessory shall be prohibited from both internal <br />and external advertising and signing of adult materials and prod- <br />ucts. <br />(Ord. Investigation fees. <br /> <br />At the time of each original application for a license, the ap. <br />plicant shall pay a minimum investigating fee. This minimum fee <br />shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) per person on the applica. <br />tion, and additional direct costs associated with the investigation <br />will be billed to the applicant(s). The minimum investigating fee <br />shall not be subject to refund. If the expenses of the investigation <br />relating to any application exceed the minimum investigation <br />fee, the city shall notify the applicant(s) of this fact and shall <br />require the applicant(s) to pay an additional investigating fee <br />which the city manager deems necessary to complete its investi- <br />gation of the applicant(s). The applicant(s) shall pay such an ad- <br />ditional investigating fee within five (5) days of being so notified. <br />If such additional investigating fee is not paid within such five-day <br />period, the city shall discontinue consideration of the application. <br /> <br />Each application shall contain a provision on the application in <br />bold print indicating that any withholding of information or the <br />providing of false or misleading information will be grounds for <br />denial or revocation of a license. Any changes in the information <br />provided on the application or provided during the investigation <br />shall be brought to the attention of the city council by the appli- <br />cant or licensee.
