All bookstores shall be completely <br />surrounded on the exterior walls by trarlsparent <br />windows which shall not be covered in any manner. <br />Windows sha~~ be at least four (4) feet ~n height, <br />and the in~erior Of the premises shall ~e <br />illuminated at all times d~rin~ regular.business <br />hours. Parking. Each bookstore shall provide one <br />parking stall for every 10 square feet of retail <br />floor space located in the bookstore. <br />(3) Conditions Common to Theaters. <br />a. Parking. One parking stall shall be provided <br />for every 10 square feet, ae measured at the founda- <br />tion laval, of the building housing the theater, or <br />one space per seat allocated tor patron seating, <br />whichever tigure is greater. . <br />b. Obscenity. for any thellter offering live <br />entertainment, the fOllowing aotivitiesare <br />hereby denied as obscene and shall be p~ohibited: <br />1. Actual or sinulated sexual intercourse, <br />oral copulation, anal intercourse, ~ral-anal <br />copUlation, bestiality, direct phYsical stimu- <br />lation of unclothed genitals, flagellation or <br />torture in thCl contaxt ot a $exu.al relationship, <br />or the use of excretery functions in the context <br />of a sexual relationship IInd any of the <br />following sexually oriented acts oroonduct: <br />anilingus, b~gqery, coprophagy, coprophilia, <br />cunnilingus, feliatio, necrophilia, 'pederasty, <br />pedophilia, pique~rism, sapphie~, zooerastia. <br />2.
