Off street parkino area shall be surfaced with asphalt or concrete. and with <br />permanent concrete curbs to define driveways and parkino limits. Plans and <br />specifications for parkino areas shall be reviewed by the Rice Creek Watershed. and <br />approved by the City. Approval from the City will occur only after completion of the <br />site plan review process. The site plan review process reouires a hearing before the <br />Planninq and Zonino Committee and the Citv Council. <br /> <br />C. There shall not be off street parkinq within five (5) feet from any street right of way <br />nor five (5) feet from any other lot line. <br /> <br />D. Also see Division #165. <br /> <br />Buffer Zone Between Commercial and Residential Districts <br />Where a Commercial District abuts a Residential District. any new development shall include a buffer <br />zone. There shall be a protective strip of not less than ten (10) feet in width. This protective strip shaW <br />contain no structures. shall not be used for parkino. off street loading. or storage. and shall be <br />landscaped. The landscape treatment shall include a compact screen wall or fence. but shall not extend <br />within fifteen (15) feet of the street right-af-wav.
