File a COpy of the screenino plans with the Zoninq Administrator. <br /> <br />B. The screeninq. plantino or construction. or both shall be complete within one year <br />from the date of the buildino permit. subiect to extension bv the City Council. <br /> <br />C. The screenino shall be maintained after completion. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Landscaping <br />A minimum of ten (10) percent of any lot shall be qreen space. Three (3) percent of the surface area of <br />the land within a parkinq area shall be landscaped with qrass and shrubbery or other approved Qround <br />cover. Landscaped areas will continue to be maintained bv the property owner on a continuous basis. <br />3reen areas within abuttinq street rioht-of-wavs will also be maintained bv the property owner.
