Said distances shall be measured alona the propertv <br />line from the corner riaht-of-way and Countvline. <br /> <br />B. When reviewing an application for a Special Use Permit the <br />PlanninQ and Zonino Commission and City Council shall considered the followino criteria: <br /> <br />A. Impact on traffic. <br /> <br />B. Impact on parks, streets, and other public facilities. <br /> <br />C. Compatibility of the site plan, internal traffic circulation. landscapina and structures <br />with contiguous properties. <br /> <br />D. Impact of the use on the market value of contiauous properties. <br /> <br />E. Impact on aeneral public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />F.
