<br />1315.06 Loud Noise Prohibited. Unreasonably loud noise in connection with the <br />operation or use or a pool is prohibited. <br /> <br />1315.07 Granting Permits. No building permit may be issued unless it meet the <br />requirements of this Section. No permit may be issued until the Building Inspector <br />is satisfied that the proposed swimming pool will not be a health hazard and is to be <br />constructed in such a way so that its future use will not endanger the health, lives or <br />safety of any persons coming in contact with the swimming pool. All swimming <br />pools, appurtenances, water supply and drainage systems and other features must be <br />constructed in conformity with the approved plans. If any deviations from the plans <br />are desired, a supplementary plan covering that portion of the work involved must <br />be filed for approval and must conform to the provisions of this Section. <br /> <br />1315.08 Inspection. The Health Inspector is authorized to conduct any inspections <br />necessary to insure compliance with all provisions of this Section and has the right <br />of entry at any reasonable hour to the swimming pool for this purpose. <br /> <br />1315.09 Existing Swimming Pools Not Required to be Moved. No swimming pool <br />or any other structure erected in conjunction with a pool existing as of June 3, 1982 <br />will be required to be moved so as to comply with the location requirements of <br />Subsection 1315.03. For purposes of this Section, "fence" means a partition, <br />structure, wall or gate erected as a dividing marker, barrier, enclosure or visual <br />obstruction, but excluding buildings and bushes, hedges, trees and other living <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />l!t":02i_~i,P~~:~ired1 A building permit is required for the <br />construction or alteration of a fence, and for any additions to a fence. The permit <br />must be obtained in the name of the owner of the property on which the fence is or <br />will be located. Application must be made on forms provided by the City. The <br />applicant must provide the Building Inspector with a set of plans and specifications <br />for the fence. Permit fees must be paid in accordance with the Uniform Building <br />Code. <br /> <br />1320.03 Requirements. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Location. Any fence constructed or altered after June 3, 1982 must be <br />located entirely upon the private property of the owner to whom the building <br />permit was issued.
