<br />4 Amended: <br />3 Amended: 914101 <br />2 Amended: 6127/01 <br />I Amended: lIlO/O! <br />Effective 915/00 <br />City of Centerville Ord. #4 <br /> <br />Division 50: Driveway and Parkinq Lot Improvements <br /> <br />All required ingress/egress points, driveways and parking areas shall be paved with asphalt, concrete, <br />pavers, cobblestone or similar material according to minimum City specifications, excluding R-1 Districts. <br />Driveways may not exceed a twenty-four (24) foot width at the streetline. <br /> <br />Division 55: Public Utilities Required <br /> <br />All residential, commercial, industrial, public, institutional or other uses, which include plumbing facilities, <br />shall be connected to the public sewer and water system when available. <br /> <br />Division 60: Relocated Buildinqs or Structures <br /> <br />No existing building or structure may be relocated anywhere in the City without a permit. A permit for the <br />relocation of any building or structure may not be issued without site plan approval by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall not approve a site plan without <br />certifying the following: <br /> <br />A. The building or structure is compatible in appearance, age and character with <br />existing buildings and structures in the area; and <br /> <br />B. The building or structure meets all code requirements for new buildings or <br />structures; and <br /> <br />C. The building or structure is compatible with any other buildings or structures <br />existing on the same property; and <br /> <br />D. The building or structure meets all other requirements of this Ordinance and any <br />other City ordinances; and <br /> <br />Division 65: Accessory Structures and Uses <br /> <br />No more than two (2) accessory structures are permitted on any Single-family, detached dwelling parcel <br />located in any district except R-1. Combined aggregate square footage for accessory structures may not <br />exceed two hundred (200) square feet or two percent (2%) of the lot area whichever is greater, except in <br />the M-1 and R-4 District.2 No accessory structure may be constructed on a parcel without a principal <br />structure. Accessory structures must have a minimum of a five (5) foot side setback and a ten (10) foot <br />rear setback, except in the M-1 District where the building code governs the setbacks.
