Unless completely enclosed within an approved structure, no vehicle used in the <br />conduct of the occupation shall be parked, stored or otherwise present at the <br />premises other than such as is customarily used for domestic or household <br />purposes. See Section 135-140: Outside Storage.; and <br /> <br />H. Only on-site off-street parking facilities typically associated with a residence shall <br />be used; and <br /> <br />I. The conduct of an occupation or the use of substances which may be hazardous to <br />or in any way jeopardize the health, safety or welfare of neighbors and neighboring <br />property shail not be permitted. <br /> <br />Division 40: Single-Familv DwellinQ Requirements <br /> <br />Ail Single-family, detached dwellings shail be constructed according to the following minimum <br />standards: <br /> <br />A. Ail dweilings shail have a minimum width of twenty-four (24) feet at its narrowest <br />point, with the exception of the M-1 District; and <br /> <br />B. Metal siding, with exposed panels exceeding twelve (12) inches in width, shail not <br />be permitted; and <br /> <br />C. Ail Single-family, detached dweilings shail have attached garages. Garages may <br />not be converted to habitable space without replacing the required garage; and <br /> <br />D. Single-family dwellings other than approved earth sheltered homes shail have at <br />least a 3/12 roof pitch and shail be covered with an approved roofing material; and <br /> <br />E. All Single-family dweilings shail have roof overhangs, which extend a minimum of <br />one (1) foot from all the wails of the structure. <br /> <br />Division 45: Temporary Dwellinqs and Structures <br /> <br />The use and occupancy of a tent, recreation vehicle or other temporary dweilings for the purpose of living <br />quarters is not permitted in the City, except as approved by the City Council under special circumstances. <br /> <br />Temporary structures and trailers used in conjunction with construction work shail be permitted only <br />during the period that the construction work is in progress. Permits for temporary structures shall be <br />issued for a six (6) month period, but are subject to the Minnesota State Building Code. <br /> <br />Page 18 of69 <br />
