Within an R-IA District, only the following UBes are permitted: <br /> <br />(a) Single-family detached dwellings. <br /> <br />(b) Public schools or parochial schools which have a curriculum equivalent to a <br />public school. <br /> <br />(c) Public owned recreational facilities including parks, play grounds, swimming <br />pools and athletic fields. <br /> <br />(d) State licensed facilities perrnltted under Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.357, <br />Subd.7. <br /> <br />1616.03 Permitted Conditional llses. Within an R-1A District, the following uses are <br />permitted only by issuance of a conditional use permit by the City Cour.cil: <br /> <br />(a) Essential service structures including but not limited to buildings such as <br />telephone exchange substations, booster or pressure regulating 'stations, wells <br />and p1.Ul1ping stations, elevated tanks and electrical and electrical power <br />substations. <br /> <br />(b) Public municipal buildings including fire and police stations and other <br />municipal service buildings not considered industrial. <br /> <br />1616.04 Permitted AccessOl:Y Uses. Subject to the provisions of Section 1655, the following <br />accessory uses are pennitted in the R-1A District: <br /> <br />(al Acce$sory buildings and private garages, carports and parking for passenger <br />cars and for recreational vehicles and trucks subject to the limitations of <br />Section 930. <br /> <br />(b) Swimming pools which comply with the provisions of Section 1315, and <br />which also comply with the following: <br /> <br />(1) No part of a swimming pool may be located within 10 feet from the <br />side yard lot line or within 75 feet from the natural high water <br />elevation of the lake. <br /> <br />(2) No swimming pool may be located in a front yard. <br /> <br />(3) The filter unlt, pump, heating unit and any other mechanical <br />equipment must be at least 25 feet from any neighboring residential <br />strUcture, at least 10 feet hom any side yard lot line and at least 75 feet <br />from the natural high water elevation of the lake. <br /> <br />(c) Tennis courts. <br /> <br />16-15 <br />
