<br />b.) All business activities and storage shall take place within the <br />structure; and <br /> <br />c.) There shall be no alteration to the exterior of the residential <br />dwelling, accessory building or yard that in any way alters the <br />residential character of the premises; and <br /> <br />d.) The occupation shall not be visible or audible from any property <br />line; and <br /> <br />e.) The occupation may involve limited retail sales or rental of <br />products on the premises, provided all stock associated with the <br />occupation is completely enclosed in the principal structure. <br />Retail merchandise may not constitute more than fifty percent <br />(50%) of the principal structure square footage; and <br /> <br />f.) Unless completely enclosed within an approved structure, no <br />vehicle used in the conduct of the occupation shall be parked, <br />stored or otherwise present at the premises other than such as is <br />customarily used for domestic or household purposes. (See <br />section 130-140 Outside Storage.); and <br /> <br />g.) Only on-site, off-street parking facilities typically associated with <br />a residence shall be used; and <br /> <br />h.) The conduct of an occupation or the use of substances which may <br />be hazardous to or in any way jeopardize the health, safety or <br />welfare of neighbors and neighboring property shall not be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />i.) See Ordinance #39. <br /> <br />Subd. 79. Hotel. A commercial building occupied as more of/ess temporary abiding place <br />of individuals who are lodged with or without <br /> <br />Subd. 80. Impervious Surface. Any material that substantially reduces or prevents the <br />infiltration of storm water into previously undeveloped land. Impervious <br />surfaces shall include graveled driveways and parking areas. <br /> <br />Subd. 81. Industrial Park. A planned, coordinated development of a tract of land with two <br />(2) or more separate industrial buildings. Such development is planned, <br />designed, constructed, and managed on an integrated and coordinated basis with <br />special attention given to on-site vehicular circulation, parking, utility needs, <br />building design and orientation, and open space. <br /> <br />Subd.82. Junk Yard. Property where waste, discarded and/or salvaged materials are <br />bought, sold, stored, exchanged, cleaned, packed, disassembled or handled. <br />
