<br />Subd. 157. Yard. Exterior. A side yard which abuts a street or public right-of-way along the side <br />lot line. <br /> <br />Subd. 158. Yard. Front. The area extending along the full width of the lot between the side lot <br />lines from the street right-of-way line to the principal building on the lot or to a depth <br />required in the yard regulations of the Zoning District in which the individual lot is <br />located. <br /> <br />Subd. 159. Yard. Interior Side. A side yard which abuts an adjacent side yard or back yard along <br />the side lot line. <br /> <br />Subd. 160. Yard. Rear. The area extending along the full width of the lot between the side lot lines <br />from the side lot line to the principal building on the lot or as specified in the yard <br />regulations for the Zoning District in which the individual lot is located. <br /> <br />Subd. 161. Yard. Side. The area extending along the full depth of the lot between the front and rear <br />lot lines from the side lot line to the principal building on the lot. <br /> <br />Subd. 162. Zoning District. An area for which specific regulations and requirements are <br />established to govern land use, lot specifications, structures and building dimensions. <br /> <br />Subd. 163. <br /> <br />Zoning Map. A map that designates the location and boundaries of the City's Zoning <br />Districts. <br /> <br />Section 410 - DISTRICTS <br /> <br />410.01 Division of Citv into Districts.
