Mr. & Mrs. Schmidt desire to encroach into the <br />front yard setback requirement of 35' . <br /> <br />Mr. & Mrs. Schmidt were directed by staff to attend the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting with their proposal. Mr. & Mrs. Schmidt have been advised that <br />encroaching into the front yard setback would require receiving a variance from the City. <br /> <br />I have attached those sections of Ordinance #4 that pertain to the desired construction and <br />the Schmidt's received a copy too. <br />
