<br />June 20, 2003 <br /> <br />Mr. Lawrence Perron <br />1798 Main Street <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Perron: <br /> <br />On June 3, 2003 you were issued a Correction Notice in regards to a temporary, tent-like <br />structure for outside storage. These temporary tent-like structures are a violation of <br />Ordinance #4 and a placement violation of the Building Code. Enclosed for your <br />reference are those portions of Ordinance #4 that pertain to the current violations. The <br />Correction Notice requested that you abate this violation within ten (10) days from the <br />date of issuance. To date, the structure remains in place. <br /> <br />The City again is requesting that you abate this violation within thirty (30) days of receipt <br />of this certified mailing (July 22, 2003). <br /> <br />You do have the ability to appeal this decision within the (30) thirty day period, please <br />feel free to contact the City Clerk, Ms. Teresa Bender or City Administrator, Ms. Kim <br />Moore-Sykes to discuss this issue if you desire to appear before City Council to appeal <br />the action.
