Mr. Kilian has now decided to construct two (2) accessory <br />structures, one (1) being 22' x2'1' and one (1) being 18' x 22'. Mr. Kilian has completed <br />the proper documentation for buming permits and Rice Creek approval is not necessary, <br />copy attached. <br /> <br />I have attached those sections of Ordinance #4 that pertain to the construction of these <br />buildings. <br /> <br />The Commission may also desire to combine this language with language contained in <br />Division 70: Site Plan Review Required, copies attached. It is believed that site plans <br />should require a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />recommendations for same then being forwarded to Council for consideration.
