While this ordinance was adopted in 1978, she was not aware that the City <br />required contractors, firms, corporations, and subcontractors doing work in Centerville to <br />obtain City licensure and bonding. Apparently, this is something that has not been done <br />for years and she was never made aware of this requirement. She also did not find <br />evidence that Ordinance #31 was ever repealed. <br /> <br />If the City is not interested in requiring licensure and bonding of the contractors, et at <br />who work and provide services to the residents, then this ordinance should be repealed. <br />Please review and we can discuss the future of Ordinance #31. <br />
