That <br />application is being prepared and some design issues are being addressed. <br /> <br />Shortly we should have the revised plans; but they will be very similar to what you have <br />viewed so far to date. <br /> <br />As soon as practical I need an interpretation about the city sign ordinances and landscape <br />ordinance questions we had last week. 1) Signs: does it mean 200 sf on either side of an <br />internally lighted sign? and 2) Landscaping: the number of plantings required for our 4 acre <br />site? <br /> <br />Also if appropriate do you have a staff review of the plans at this point and can we attend <br />that for your staff review and comments? <br /> <br />Thank you and I will be in touch. . . . . <br />f' , <br />.
