<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />'E:it{![li:4il!{{ 1857 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT PUBLIC HEARING <br />BEFORE THE CENTERVILLE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AND <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />the City Council will be holding public hearings and may take action on the following <br />matter: <br /> <br />ITEM: <br /> <br />Request for a Special Use Permit Allowing Mini- <br />Storage in the Industrial District (Subject to Lot <br />Split Approval, Minimum Area Requirements, <br />Road Access and any Additional Requirements <br />Planning & Zoning Commission or Council may <br />impose). <br /> <br />PETITIONER: <br /> <br />Mr. Henry Vote! & Mr. Tom Keller along with R & <br />R Leasing <br /> <br />PROPERTY I.D. #: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />R24-31-22-32-0002 <br /> <br />TIIE S 662.45 FT OF NWl/4 OF SWl/4 OF SEC <br />24 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF <br />REC. <br /> <br />The petitioner requests that the Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission and the <br />City Council consider granting a Special Use Permit allowing Mini-Storage in the <br />Industrial District on the above-mentioned property for future development. The <br />petitioner understands that numerous actions need to occur prior to construction of a <br />building and the operation of a mini-storage facility. Said approval, if deemed <br />appropriate, would be subject to a list of conditions which would need to be met prior to <br />further consideration. The said hearings will take p17ce on Tuesday, January 7, 2003 and <br />Wednesday, January 8,2003, respectively, at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street <br />in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., January 3, 2003. All persons interested are <br />invited to attend and to be heard orally or in writing.
