This engagement <br />ioc1uded evaluatiog the trade area and determiniog the supportable GLA, rent and sales potential, <br />and tenant mix. <br /> <br />Power Center - Roseville, Minnesota <br />Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company <br /> <br />Retail market analysis was performed for a 200,000 to 300,000 square foot power center at <br />Highway 36 and Fairview Avenue io Roseville. The trade area was defined for the proposed <br />center. Demographics and purchasing power of trade area residents were provided as well as <br />sales potential and rental rates. <br />
