Informing the community of the <br />directions that have been set might best occur in an "Open House" ~ <br />before the work is brought for formal review. An Open House allows the <br />public to view the master plan at their own pace, to ask questions directly <br />of the consultants and Steering Committee without having to ask the <br />questions publicly, and to offer written and verbal comments. In particular, <br />this format allows those who feel they are most directly affected by the <br />plan to ask questions and voice their thoughts or concerns directly to the <br />consultant team. HKGi proposes to conduct such an Open House to receive <br />
