An Open House allows the <br />public to view the master plan at their own pace, to ask questions directly <br />of the consultants and Steering Committee without having to ask the <br />questions publicly, and to offer written and verbal comments. In particular, <br />this format allows those who feel they are most directly affected by the <br />plan to ask questions and voice their thoughts or concerns directly to the <br />consultant team.
