<br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Bryan Haxjes' experience includes work on a number of master planning <br />projects for both private sector and public sector clients. In addition to <br />providing his site design expertise to a number of residential and mixed <br />use projects, Bryan has also contributed his urban design skills to several <br />redevelopment projects, including downtown revitalization plans for <br />Hutchinson and Excelsior; redevelopment guides for areas in Little Canada <br />and Prior Lake; and streetscape improvements for a number of <br />communities. In addition, Bryan has played a critical role in the design <br />phase on larger neighborhood design projects in Cottage Grove and <br />Farmington, as well as the Upper Harbor Terminal Design project along <br />the Upper Mississippi River in Minneapolis. <br /> <br />Bryan has contributed to a number of park design projects, most notably <br />the award-winning Hastings River Flats project that features ecological <br />restoration and preservaton, interpretive resources, and festival gronnds <br />on an abandoned industrial site. Finally, Bryan has produced construction <br />documentation for the implementation phase of a number of projects. <br /> <br />AREAS OF EXPERTISE <br />Bryan's interest and skill in neighborhood design has helped him become <br />one of HK Gi's design experts, particularly in the areas of urban design and <br />residential site deSign. He has been the principal designer for a series of <br />residential development projects in Cambridge, Ramsey, Carver, Chaska, <br />Gem Lake, and Cologne, Minnesota. His design talents have also been <br />tapped for the East Ravine Neighborhood Pre-Design project in Cottage <br />Grove.
