<br />EXPERIENCE <br />Lil Leatham is a registered landscape architect with experience in applying <br />GIS applications as a tool for site design, land use planning, transit oriented <br />development projects and ecological systems analysis. She has been <br />responsible for GIS data collection and coordination on comprehensive <br />planning projects in Chanhassen, Hastings, Faribault, Eden Prairie and <br />Cottage Grove. In addition to her GIS expertise, Lil has contributed parks <br />planning and design expertise to both comprehensive plans and individual <br />park projects. Most recently, Lil led Hassan Township through a <br />comprehensive park, trail and open space planning process. She also helped <br />develop the parks component of comprehensive plans for Faribault, Elk <br />River and N orthfield. <br /> <br />AREAS OF EXPERTISE <br /> <br />Lil's primary area of expertise has been as a GIS specialist. Her extensive <br />GIS contributions to the award-winning Mississippi River Greenway <br />Strategic Plan were essential in building an ecological framework around <br />which to build the plan. As the GIS coordinator on a number of projects <br />for HKGi, she has been responsible not only for compiling the maps and <br />the data necessary to compose them, but she has also been responsible for <br />coordinating the GIS work performed by other consultant fIrms. <br /> <br />Lil's responsibilites with HKGi have also been increasing as she has begun <br />to playa more active role in project management and the public <br />participation phases of the planning process. Particularly through her project <br />work in Hassan Township and the City of Chanhassen, Lil has begun to <br />further develop and exercise her communication skills. The success of these <br />projects indicates that she will continue to assume an increasing role on <br />future HKGi projects. <br /> <br />EDUCATION <br /> <br />M.L.A. .
