The State of Minnesota through its Environmental <br />Quality Board (EQB) has adopted rules and procedures <br />covering environmental review for certain types of <br />projects within the State. <br /> <br />2. The prowam identifies two levels of review. The first is <br />a more limited review and that is called an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W). The <br />latter is a more comprehensive and detailed review and <br />that is an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). <br /> <br />1 <br />
