The City Council appointed an Advisory Panel <br />consistin~ of developers, property owners, the Planning <br />CommissIOn, the Environmental Board, the Economic <br />Development Advisory Committee, the City of <br />Centerville and citizens at large. <br /> <br />3. This group met nine (9) times during the preparation of <br />the Draft ADAR and provided input at every step of the <br />way. Every substantive question and comment at these <br />meetings has been recorded and provided to the City <br />Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />1-35E Corridor AUAR <br /> <br />What are the major issues & <br />draft mitigation strategies? <br /> <br />I. Specific capacity <br />issues include: <br />Scenarios One, Two, and Three show <br />intersections performing at LOS F. <br /> <br />Severe congestion for turning movements <br />under full-development conditions <br /> <br />Severe traffic impacts at CSAH 14/0lter Lake <br />Rd and at CSAH 14/CSAH 21 under Scenario <br />One, without proposed the northerly bypass <br /> <br />4 <br />
