The City ofLino Lakes is a growing community and <br />is expected to continue to grow for the next 30 years <br />and beyond. It is impossible to predict exactly which <br />properties will develop in what sequence. or how the <br />market may change the nature and intensity of land <br />uses. It is equally impossible to predict when the <br />interstate highways will be upgraded. or when <br />related roadway improvements will be completed. <br /> <br />l-J5E Corridor AUAR <br />Why did the City choose an AUAR, <br />instead of an EIS? <br /> <br />3. The AUAR is ideally suited to identify and respond <br />to various development scenarios and to prepare and <br />adopt a flexible "Mitigation Plan" to resp'ond to <br />changing conditions.
