<br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br /> <br />TIllS PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT, made and entered into this <br />July, 2005, by the City of Centerville, Minnesota, a Minnesota municipal corporation. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville received certain dedicated easements within the plat <br />of Eagle Pass upon the filing of this plat at the Anoka County Recorder's Office; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lot 6, Block 1, Eagle Pass has the dedicated easements for drainage and <br />utility purposes as shown on the plat of Eagle Pass over said Lot 6, Block 1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Lot 6, Block 1, Eagle Pass is currently owned by George 1. Gibson and <br />Barbara J. Gibson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has agreed to release a small triangular shaped area <br />from the drainage and utility easements as dedicated on the plat of Eagle Pass on said Lot 6, <br />Block 1, Eagle Pass. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the City ofCenterviIle hereby <br />agrees as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City of Centerville agrees to release from the easements dedicated within the <br />plat of Eagle Pass on said Lot 6, Block 1, Eagle Pass, the following described area: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 6, Block 1, Eagle Pass, a plat that is on file and of record in the office of <br />the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southwest comer of said Lot 6; thence along the westerly line of said <br />Lot 6, North 14 degrees 22 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 117.51 feet to the point <br />of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence across said Lot 6, South 76 <br />degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 79.92 feet to the easterly line of said <br />Lot 6; thence along the southerly line of a certain drainage and utility easement as shown <br />on said plat of Eagle Pass, South 81 degrees 07 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of <br /> <br />l _ <br /> <br />84 <br />
