Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />2. Ordinances #7 - 9 <br /> <br />Ordinance #7 <br /> <br />It was felt that this ordinance is timely due to Oak Wilt and Ash Disease. The <br />Department of Forestry or Agricul~e or County Extension Office would define <br />disease or infestation with the caveat of any other diseased or infected trees within <br />the City. The Commission requested that staff bring Ordinance #7 forward for <br />their April meeting with recommended modifications by staff <br /> <br />Ordinance #8 <br /> <br />The Commission questioned several definitions and language regarding rear yard <br />sodding requirements. Discussion ensued regarding hydroseeding and the <br />NPDES requirements. Staff will look into insurance requirements within Section <br />38.01-14, Insurance. The Commission stated that Section 38.06-01 had two typos <br />within the sentence on should be one and ear should be year. <br /> <br />Ordinance #9 <br /> <br />Instead of Councilman it should be Council Member, with all years should be <br />eliminated. Consensus was to bring this ordinance back to the Commission at <br />their April meeting. <br /> <br />3. M-I Zoning Along Main Street to 20th Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer stated that with the widening of CSAH 14, numerous businesses and <br />residential property owners have requested this zoning.
