It is agreed by the patties that the left turns <br />at the 21" Avenue N intetaection may be closed to improve future capacity and safety of the highway. It is <br />agreed by the parties that the median aloog CSAH 21 (1d' Avenue N) and County Road 54 is a design <br />element that sigDificantly improves safety along the corridor and is DCCCSSlU}' for the future capacity of the <br />highway. It is arnIerstood that futuIe improvements will need to be made to CSAH 21 and Count}' Road 54 <br />in the futuIe as development occurs.
