This amount must be paid <br />or arrangements made with Connexus Energy before construction can begin. <br /> <br />There will be additional charges if underground facilities are installed between November 1 and April 1. <br /> <br />Payment must be received within 60 days to avoid cancellation of your electric service request. <br /> <br />Please mark all privately owne<J utilities (e.g. geothermal systems, wells, septic systems, underground sprinkler <br />systems, etc) on this property. To avoid delays please make sure your lot is graded to within 4" of final grade, and <br />the pathway for our trench is clear of all obstructions (trees, lumber, etc). Connexus Energy is not responsible for <br />restoring, to its original condition, the lawn, yard, land, etc., which might be disturbe<J during installation. <br /> <br />In an attempt to improve the quality of our service and ultimately ensure customers are being billed correctly for <br />energy usage, the following requirements must be met prior to energizing a multi unit facility. <br /> <br />Contractor responsibility: <br />1. Appropriate application/permits/forms must be filled out and sent to Connexus Energy. <br />2. All meter sockets must be clearly and accurately marked with the appropriate unit number or address. If the meter <br />sockets are not clearly and accurately marked or we are unable to match individual units to the meter sOCket, the <br />building will not be energized and a new service request must be filed with Connexus Energy after the problem has <br />been resolved. <br />3. Verify that all meters sockets & units are clearly & correctly marked. <br />4.
