Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso asked for clarification on the payment to Lynn & Associates. <br /> <br />Ms. Stephan explained that there is a difference of four hours of time that the City has not <br />received but will receive at future training sessions. <br /> <br />Council agreed to pay the invoice minus the four hours. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lakso. seconded bv Council Member Lee to annrove <br />Item 4 minus tbe four bours not vet received bv tbe City. AU in favor. Motion <br />carried uuanimouslv. <br /> <br />V. A W ARDSIPRESENTA nONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Paul Burke. Mr. Bill Bisek. Mr. Reggie Fralev - County Road 14 & <br />Downtown Redevelopment <br /> <br />Mr. Burke appeared before Council and explained that he and Mr. Bisek have formed a <br />partnership to work together on downtown redevelopment in conjunction with the <br />reconstruction of CSAH 14. Mr. Burke indicated that without City water and sewer <br />downtown redevelopment would not be possible. <br /> <br />Page 2 of6 <br />
