Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer asked for authorization to begin plans for remodeling/expansion of public <br />works. <br /> <br />Council agreed and asked Staff to come back with a recommendation. <br /> <br />2. Lawn Maintenance for 2005 <br /> <br />Mr. pa1zer presented three quotes to Council for lawn services for 2005 and <br />recommended approval of the quote from ProLawn, the service that the City used in <br />2004. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Lakso. to auorove <br />the contract with ProLawn for Lawn Maintenance for 2005 as recommended bv <br />StatI'. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />3. Resolution #05-012 Local Government for Recreation Grant Proexam <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Lakso to auurove <br />Resolution #05-012 as oresented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />4. Resolution #05-013 Concurring in the Issuance of the $2.365.000 General <br />Obli~ation Capital Improvement Plan Bonds. Series 2005A by the City of Circle <br />Pines <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft explained that the Finance Director would like to seek to amend the <br />Joint Powers Agreement to change the payment date to twice per year coinciding with <br />when the City receives its tax payments. <br /> <br />Council discussed the matter and agreed to have Staff contact Staff for the other two <br />cities to determine interest in allowing the change. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Paar to anD rove <br />Resolution #05-013 Concurrinll in the Issuance of the $2.365.000 General Oblillation <br />Canital Imorovement Plan Bonds.
