<br />.. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Section 6.01. Services. The EDA may contract for the services of consultants, agents, public accountants, and <br />others as needed to perform its duties and to exercise its powers. The EDA may also use the services of the City <br />Attorney, City Engineer, andlor hire other consultants as determined by the EDA <br /> <br />Section 6.02. Supplies, Purchasing, Facilities, and Services. The EDA may purchase the supplies and materials it <br />needs. The EDA may use the fucilities of the City's purchasing department The City may furnish offices, structures <br />and space, stenographic, clerical, engineering and other assistance to the EDA <br /> <br />Section 6.03. Official Seal. Minnesota State Statutes 469.096 requires that the EDA adopt an official seal. The <br />Seal of the City of Cold Spring shall serve as the official seal of the EDA <br /> <br />Section 6.04. Consistency with Community Objectives. The EDA shall strive to ensure that all official actions of <br />the EDA are consistent with the adopted comprehensive plan of the city and any official controls implementing the <br />comprehensive, the Mission Statement of the EDA and other community objectives established by the Council. <br /> <br />Section 6.05. Commissioner Requirement. Individuals must either own property or reside within Cold Spring <br />proper in order to be appointed to or continue to serve on the Commission. <br /> <br />Section 6.06. Influence of Other Governmental Entities.
