<br />City of Centerville <br />February 9, 2005 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked that any known changes be added to the <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment but that time not be spent looking for more to add <br />because she does not want to hold up construction for the Church. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked Staff to clarify who would be paying for the amendment. <br /> <br />Ms. Bender indicated the developer usually pays for the amendment and, in this case, that <br />would be the Church. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Lakso to close the Duhlic hearin!!. All in favor. Motion carried nnanimouslv. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Lakso to aDDrove the rezone for St. Genevieve's from &-2 to P-l as reonested. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Council asked Mr. Wilharber to inform Staff as to whether the Church would be filing the <br />amendment or if the City would be doing so on behalf of the Church. <br /> <br />vn. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Sanitary Sewer System - Reducing Infiltration and Inflow <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that she believes that extra inflow is actually coming from Lino <br />Lakes but that would need to be measured. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that he would begin working on this matter. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolution #05-002 <br />Grade/Landscaping) <br /> <br />Amendment (Curb Stop Escrow <br /> <br />Final <br /> <br />No discussion. <br /> <br />3. Replacement of Public Works Vehicles <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Lakso to antborize reDlacement of the Dublic works vehicles at the discretion of <br />StatTwithin the budl!et limitations.
