Consider recommending that the ACHRA Board of Trustees approve an amendment to the 2004 Anoka County Action Plan authorizing a change in the national objective for project #414 - Anoka County Economic Development Partnership - see attached memorandum dated February 10, 2005. 3. Consider, for discussion purposes, ACHRA funding requests from the Cities of East Bethel and St. Francis- see attached correspondence from City of East Bethel dated January 27, 2005. 4.
