<br />Bill will conduct the stakeholder interviews and will <br />serve as the lead facilitator during the Community <br />Meetings. He will additionally conduct the <br />assessment of benefits and costs fOt each llItemative <br />Downtown Plan and will facilitate the Steering <br />Committee's evaluation and screening of the <br />llItematives and the selection of.. l'refetted <br />alternative. Bill will spend approximately 15 percent <br />of his time on the project over six months. <br /> <br />Robert Claybaugh will assist Bike Associates with <br />preparation of alternative Downtown Plans both <br />from the petspective of urban design but aIso with an <br />eye toward historic and sustainable architecture.. <br />Robert's ,extensive experience and his ability to <br />graphlcally communicate planning and design <br />~pts will be invaluable to dernonsttllte concepts <br />, in plan view and 3D views. This work was a <br />public participation and facilitation process to <br />determine the nature and extent, vision and character <br />of the last remaining urban development oppoltU11ity <br />for Anoka.
