Task 12: Refine the Preferred Alternative The pteferred alternative will be refined to ensute that it reflects community preferences identified at the Community Meeting and input received from the Sreering Committee. DowntoWn streetscape lllld community design systems, . Infrastructure needed to support downtown development, . Design guidelines lllld policies to address use, fronti>ge, and stre<:tscape, . Implementation strategies that identify specific ilnprovement project:l, schedule for ........... 1iir implementation, public/privare part-nerships, COSts, .and potential sources of funding. Task 14: Facilitate Fifth steering Committee Meeting The Steering Committee will meet a fifth time to review and comment on the draft plan before it is presented to the Centerville Plauning Commission. Task 15: Present DM Downtown Plan to the Planning Commission Based on Input from the Steeriog Committee, the copsultant team will refine the draft downtown plan and present it to the Planning Commission fot approval. . Task 1p: Present th~ Draft Downtown Plan to COllnriJ Based on inpUt from the PIanning Commission, the consultant team will refine the draft downrown plan to prepare a final downtown plan and associated policies and strategies.
